We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@treasuredchaosco.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, but you should expect to see your refund within 3 - 5 business days!

We offer standard shipping options at this time. In some cases, a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

We offer free shipping for orders over $100.
Do we ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO boxes?
Yes, but please be aware there may be a shipping delay for APO/FPO boxes.
Do we ship internationally?
Yes, we do ship internationally. Upon checkout, you can select standard shipping, which takes approximately 14-18 business days to arrive.
How do I check the status of an order?
Once your order is packed and shipped, you will get a notification with your tracking information.
How can I change my shipping address?
If you contact us within a few hours after placing your order, we will do our best to change your address. Unfortunately, once your order is processed, we cannot change your address. Please email us at info@treasuredchaos.com with your order number if you believe your package won’t arrive to you.
How fast is the shipping & fulfillment?
You will receive an email that contains tracking information once your item(s) have been shipped – please allow a couple of days for processing. Once shipped, most domestic orders take anywhere from 3 to 15 days to arrive, depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.
In some cases, backorders do occur, which can delay the process. Our goal is always to ship it out to you as soon as possible. You can expect to receive a notification that your order has been packed within 5 business days.
